Scott H Peeples LLC, doing business as Peeples Company (“Peeples Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides consulting, business operations, and systems-integration services. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information obtained through our website, consulting relationships, and authorized software integrations.

When a client authorizes an integration with a third-party business system, we may access information necessary to provide the requested services.
Depending on the integration, this may include:
customer and vendor information;
invoices, payments, expenses, and other accounting records;
project and job information;
time and billing records;

transaction and account information; and
other business information made available through the authorized service.
We seek to access only information reasonably necessary for the purpose of the integration and the services we have been authorized to provide.

Clients may revoke an integration’s access through the applicable third-party service or by contacting Peeples Company.

We do not sell client information.
We do not provide client data obtained through an integration to unrelated third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.
Information may be processed by service providers or technology platforms used to operate our services when reasonably necessary to provide the authorized integration or consulting service. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect legal rights, security, or the integrity of our services.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information under our control. Access to client information is limited to authorized persons and systems with a legitimate business need for that information.

Client information stored specifically for operation of an integration will be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to applicable legal, accounting, contractual, backup, or record-retention requirements.
Clients may contact us to request deletion of information associated with an integration. We will honor applicable requests subject to legitimate legal and business record-retention requirements.
7. Third-Party Services
Our integrations may connect with third-party services selected or authorized by our clients. Those providers maintain their own privacy practices and policies. Peeples Company does not control the privacy practices of those third-party services.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our services, technology, or legal obligations. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date.
