These Terms of Use govern access to and use of software tools, integrations, and related services provided by Scott H Peeples LLC, doing business as Peeples Company (“Peeples Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Purpose
Peeples Company may provide software tools and integrations as part of its consulting and business operations services. These tools may connect with third-party services authorized by our clients, including accounting, project management, time tracking, and other business systems.
2. Authorized Use
Our integrations may only be used by Peeples Company, its authorized personnel, and clients who have authorized Peeples Company to access or process their business information.
Users are responsible for ensuring that they have authority to grant access to any third-party accounts or data connected to our services.
3. Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with third-party platforms. Use of those platforms remains subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers.
Peeples Company is not responsible for the availability, performance, or changes made to third-party services.

Information accessed through an integration is used only as reasonably necessary to provide the applicable consulting, administrative, reporting, accounting-support, systems-integration, or business operations services authorized by the client.

5. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information accessed through our integrations. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure or continuously available.
6. Ownership
Peeples Company retains ownership of its software, integration code, processes, methodologies, and other proprietary materials, except for client data and third-party intellectual property.
Clients retain their rights in their own business information.
7. Termination and Disconnection
Access to an integration may be terminated at any time by Peeples Company or the applicable client. Clients may also revoke access through the applicable third-party service.
Upon termination, Peeples Company will discontinue access to the connected service and handle retained information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable contractual or legal requirements.
8. Disclaimer
Our integrations are provided to support consulting and business operations services. They are not a substitute for professional legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
To the extent permitted by law, the services are provided without warranties regarding uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Peeples Company will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of an integration or from the failure or unavailability of a third-party service.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms periodically. The current version will be posted on this website with its effective date.
